Returns

Return Policy


Like-new products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, and include the original hangtag. Paper goods must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We highly recommend that you re-use the original packaging for your return.

For orders that received free local delivery, please send an email with the subject line “Return” to support@madetoremember.co, and we will email return instructions.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost. You will receive an email notification once your refund is issued. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time, but your satisfaction is our greatest priority! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at support@madetoremember.co.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send an email with your order number to support@madetoremember.co and we will take care of it!

Final Sale Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
